With all of our carts, materials are kept at the correct ergonomic window of working height. The deck automatically lowers as parts are added and rises as parts are removed. This reduces harmful bending and twisting motion.

The deck starting height may vary due to material requirements, but is usually between 32″ and 36″.

The ErgoCart is a simple, patented self-leveling container handling device, ideal for all containers including tubs and totes, designed to increase productivity and reduce injury rates. The ErgoCart’s non-electric spring-actuated deck keeps materials at the ideal ergonomic window for loading and unloading, without requiring additional operators, electricity, or manual manipulation.

Because the ErgoCart stacks down, not up, it ensures the protection of parts from loss or damage. Your employees using the ErgoCart will perform at a higher level of productivity while avoiding costly cumulative stress injuries.

The ErgoCart’s user-friendly design, slim profile, and large diameter casters provide easy mobility for a variety of applications. It has a heavy-duty constructed frame and deck for long durability and minimal maintenance.

Customized options are available for your unique application. A variety of spring packages are available per specification. The spring packages can be adjusted to handle 350 lbs or 200 lbs every day. Variable spring tensions can be adjusted to your load requirement, with a simple J Hook system, allowing the user to pull down to detach and attach the springs, color-coded by tension amount.

The StockingCart’s enclosed design features 6” diameter casters, ideal for transporting, layering, loading, and unloading products, tubs, and totes onto shelves efficiently without repetitive and harmful twisting and bending. The StockingCart is spring-actuated and non-electric, with no pneumatics or hydraulics. It can be pushed individually, is towable, train-able, and tug-able by connecting multiple StockingCarts.

PalletCart is built with large diameter casters and butterfly brakes, allowing it to be easily and safely pushed by hand or with a forklift. It has a heavy-duty constructed frame and deck for long durability and minimal maintenance.
