With all of our carts, materials are kept at the correct ergonomic window of working height. The deck automatically lowers as parts are added and rises as parts are removed. This reduces harmful bending and twisting motion.
The deck starting height may vary due to material requirements, but is usually between 32″ and 36″.

Variable spring tensions can be adjusted to your load requirement, with a simple J Hook system, allowing the user to pull down to detach and attach the springs, color-coded by tension amount.

The Ergonomic Workstation is the ideal assembly or workbench for any industry. This individual workstation is a perfect solution for assembly line applications or sub assembly. Ergo-Workstation will adjust to virtually any associate or parts height requirement. The Ergo-Workstation has a spring-assisted deck that can easily be moved up and down.
